At LaminaCore, we supply premium CRGO (Cold-Rolled Grain-Oriented) silicon steel C-Cores, engineered for high magnetic efficiency and dimensional accuracy. Our C-Cores are available in split or bonded formats, using electrical steel grades from M4 to HiB, with low watt loss and tight tolerances for demanding magnetic applications.
Whether you need rapid prototyping or full-scale production, our C-Cores are cut to spec, annealed, and packaged for transformer manufacturers, OEMs, and energy system designers.
What Are C-Cores and Why Use Them?
C-Cores are formed from two U-shaped laminations joined to create a rectangular magnetic loop. This geometry offers:
